KARDIA SOCIAL is the creation of Karina and Diana.
We have both worked in the corporate world for many years developing our skills in various areas of business, including marketing, market research, customer service, project management and of course, social media.
Social media and customer reviews play a huge part in everyone's life now, and businesses can benefit massively if they use them wisely.
Unfortunately, it can be a full-time job just keeping it all up to date and relevant, and it's often the first thing to let slip when there’s so much other stuff to do to keep your business running smoothly.
When we looked at what was being offered, everyone was doing the same thing - pitching lots of carefully selected phrases containing every buzzword you can imagine!
That doesn't make sense to the layman, and it isn't useful to someone who has neither the time nor the inclination to learn it all...
We too found it incredibly frustrating, and after a massive amount of research, we decided to launch our own company to help others drowning in a pool of jargon and 'corporate speak', to manage their social media, customer reviews and ultimately their brand reputation!
